Actually i suffered from brain fog or emotional numbness maybe since 4 years and now im healing so i feel like my old self got died or left behind in time 😭 i cant live like this at all she got died, i don't know if she really got died or not? Im feeling fake or not having feelings at all help me please i cant live without my old self
