Treatment of braces is a slow procedure which requires  time and is not at all harmful. It may 1.5 to 2 years to complete the treatment.but if done fast may cause unnecessary side effects.

Treatment for braces called orthodontic treatment and its not harmful but when u start ur treatment it will slightly paining in tooth for just a week after that there is no pain. U can go for the treatment.
