I have never faced any symptoms of heart like chest pain, breathing problem etc. Following are the BP reading of the last few months at a hospital/clinic visit. On 14.07.2023 - 140/80 On 07.11.2023 - 130/80 On 15.01.2024 - 150/100 On 13.03.2024 (today) - 150/90 I have a anxiety/tension while visiting hospital. From the above bp reading should i have to start the bp medicine or i have to firstly change my lifestyle. Before 2 month TSH, Creatine,SGPT and RSG were came normal.
