Bp Issue need suggestions
Yesterday I checked up my bp it's 165/110 what should I do. These 2 medicine and one sleeping pils trika-0. 25 has been prescribed by last Dr. My question is can I have it whenever my bp goes up.. And I was taking flex seed from 3 day 1/4 of spoon. Can I take it on regular basic, can it be a reason of high bp..?

You are taking the right medicines but your doctor didn't tell you that medicines for hypertension are required lifelong.
We don't treat high blood pressure by popping in one odd tablet when we don't feel all right. It is taken every day in proper dose.
I hope it is not self medication by your Google knowledge.

Do not self medicate please. BP medicines to be taken regular basis as per your doctor's prescription. Follow up with doctor at a regular interval to review medicine doses. But never stop it on by your own. stopping BP medicines can cause rebound hypertension and may lead to stroke and heart problems in future.
Consult doctor as soon as possible.
