Bp fluctuations

My bp never crossed above 130/80 before last. Month  , I had shoulder pain for past 3 weeks , I counsulted orthopedic he said it's ac joint sprain and gave medications , zeradol p , defi 6,  lebero and pan 40 tablet . past few days it's showing 150/90 , 147/83, 140/90, 133/77, 127 /76 ,  am feeling Palpitations and worrried I there is hypertension . Will it go away or not
