BP during pregnancy

My wife is 12weeks pregnant and her BP ranges from 101/68 -107/70 (on Omron Bp machine). Before pregnancy also her blood pressure used to remain like this only, that time we consulted a doctor and he said it is fine. Is it okay during pregnancy also? She is not taking any bp medicines currently.
