2025-01-12 05:51:42
Dear Sir/Ma'am, Ongoing BP medicine Telmisartan 20 avg readings 130-135/85, HR range 95-105 for few weeks.Doctor said to discontinue BP med and HR range is normal. After getting outstanding and productive suggestions from this platform, gratitude to all the doctors Bisoprolol 5 mg reduced HR range to 78-85 in 2 weeks time. Please suggest if Telmisartan 20 mg is ok  or 40 mg is required. Any combination medicine available for both? Thank you all in advance and super gratitude. Regards

Hi. I think you are doing fine. Isopropyl will also take care of your increased average heart rate. Kindly monitor your BP at the current dosage of medications. Take morning readings when you get up. Also kindly consult a Physicianin person and do not adjust the medicines yourself. Contact Carna Health Centre Nagarbhavi Bangalore for a consult.
