Bp and fluctuations

My husband is 36years old,90 kgs and height 6'1". My husband got bp readings 141/90(3 months back)today got 141/102(normal check up) and always doctor said these are normal readings but in google searches tell  these are  not normal readings. My husband done complete body checkup and all are normal. But what is about BP and iam so confusing about this.

Hello You need to have some test done, before starting medicine if required.. 1. Lipid profile 2. Blood sugar test - HbA1c test 3. Record the Bp for 3 consecutive days

A lower reading (diastolic BP) of 102 mm Hg can never be considered normal. Please ask him to consult a General Physician in your area or on Practo with all the details for further management.

Two BP readings recorded on different days are above normal range. Record his blood pressure readings morning and evening 3 days in a week using the upper arm digital bp apparatus. If bp remains above 140/90 on different days it's confirmed hypertension which is treated non pharmacological using salt reduction intake, modification lifestyle and food habits, avoiding fatty foods, alcohol and smoking.Include fresh fruits and his diet . exercise for 30 minutes a day,5 days in a week. If his BP still remain high after 2-3 months ,he needs antihypertensive medicine
