Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

the best way to "HIDE"your bow legs is to start doing muscle building exercise for your lower limbs. consult to determine whether you actually have bow legs

It depends on the time of first onset, its progression, and the angle of deformity.Consult a physiotherapist for proper assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

There are a few things to consider before going further. Are the bow legs something you have had since you were a child or has something changed recently. Is this causing you pain or discomfort or is it just a cosmetic thing? The legs will have to to be assessed to see what is the degree of deformity. Another thing that will also be looked at is whether this bowing is causing a change in pressure pattern on your joints. You may need a full leg x-ray including hips and ankles to look at the full alignment.
Next Steps
Please see an Orthopaedic Surgeon for a complete and proper assessment. You may need full leg x-rays.
