Hi there. I can understand how confusing it must be to deal with thoughts that seem to feel like its beyond your control. And when that impacts how you function everyday, it can be quite distressing.
It's a bit unclear how your came to the conclusion of BPD. I do work with clients who have anxiety, depression, borderline etc. The key is to recognise triggers, thought patterns and learn self soothing or relaxation technique to manage your emotions or thoughts.
