Hi , since I noticed my bones were weak, I included my diet with calcium rich and other vitamin rich diet such as milk, bone soup, wheatgrass, meat etc for whole two months and trained my body . But my forearms and legs , fingers are still weak. It's is because of some deficiency that my body didn't absorb and utilize the calcium? What should I do for increasing my bone density and volume.?

Take a normal balanced diet and relax. Do yoga based exercises.

Bone. Density and girth of your arm are not the same thing, unless you are investigated and found deficit such diets won't do much. Moreover if there is no other issue, then concentrate more on exercises to build your muscles.

Hi, it's always to consult your doctor instead of self treatment. Because sometime few issues points towards some underlying issue that needs your urgent attention.
