Bone grafting

Actually doctor saying 26,46are infected and I should go to bone grafting and even if after doing bone grafting they are not sure whether it will solve the problem.. I..but am nt feeling any pain or something.. so wanted to know which teeth refers to 26,46 and really should I go for bone grafting.. and how much it will cost for it.. I have attached my teeth opg x ray for your reference.

Tooth number 26 represents the first molar in the upper left side and 46 represent the first molar in the lower right side A deep cleaning with degranulation and bone graft is an appropriate treatment for your case failure of which will eventually cause loosening of these teeths. Opg picture is not very clear. But yes bone loss can be seen in the 46 region. As suggested by your doctor bone grafts may help but a clinical examination and IOPA of that area is must before we draw a conclusion. Consult a periodontist.
