Apply O2 bact topical twice in a day Maintain hygiene

Seems infection. Use sterile, hands and razor for shaving underarms or use hair removal cream. Take tab combiflam one every 8hours for  3 days, after meals, tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3 days. Apply sumeg ointment over boils, 2 to 3 times daily. Apply some hot compression.
