Boil in underarm

I have suddenly a boil in my underarm and it's very uncomfortable. Not sure, is it a heat boil or some other issue.

Please consult a General Physician in your your area. Let him decide if it can be controlled by antibiotics or if it will need incision. Such things are difficult to decide by Tele-consultation , and even if some Doctor tells you that it needs incision, you will again have to go to a doctor in the neighborhood.
