Hello my body has been warn since morning with weakness in my muscles is there any risk of vivid I've stayed inside most day and barely gone out to get groceries

Check temperature with a thermometer to see if you have fever or not. In time of pandemic,  any fever should be tested for COVID19. In case fever/ bodyache persist or new symptoms like cold cough develop,  test for COVID19 by RTPCR on 5th day of symptoms. Consult online for appropriate tests and medications

No need to worry for mild deviation from normal health. Worries are more dangerous than actual disease. If you are isolated at home, no need to worry about covid. Don't worry much, do exercise and yoga at home. If you develop cough and/or fever then we can think of covid testing
