My body temperature is 95.9 F. I do not have any other Symptom. Is it normal and why is that my body temperature is that low ?

You need to keep thermometer for 3 mins or until it beeps to record correct temperature. It should be placed properly in the arm pit. If there is no symptoms, no need to worry. Probably it's a wrong recording.
