  4. Body temperature high. Even for 5 min!

Body temperature high

My body temperature now a days is between 99-99.4 during day time . Though it is normal in morning and evening . Do the body temperature increases in summers . I am inside my room in ac but my temperature fluctuates if i go out if ac room even for 5 min

Body temperature can go up due to the heat when your body is unable to manage it.you must keep yourself cool with plenty of fluids and reducing time outdoors when possible/using shades etc
