Hi doctor, I had normal delivery last week on Wednesday. Can I get a full body Spa now ? Will it be ok to sleep on my stomach during massage ? Thank you.

In my opinion u should wait for at least 6 weeks ,,, get home massage by some expert masseur now ,,, U can save the fun of spa for later
