Hi, thank you for sharing your inner world. I am sure this would not have been easy for you however, it is very courageous that you are seeking professional help.
Body image concerns and eating disorders are more about self acceptance and self love, than conventional/ apparent beauty standards which are society driven (and change every few years). The body type that may have been called attractive in the 1980s, may not be so in 2022. However, one cannot live their life according to those standards.
You are your own unique person and wanting to be like someone else may not satisfy you. It is important to realise your worth, beauty and value.
A healthy and balanced diet, regular exercise and enough sleep on a daily basis should help you. Feel free to consult a licensed medical doctor/ nutritionist to develop a personalised plan that works for your body.

Take good care, all the best.
