Its recently that I have noticed that my complete left side is getting numb with neck problem but my joints are also paining.

Hi,as per your complain numbness can be due to no. of causes,or it can be a nerve irritation due to compression. my advise to you is visit near by clinic to get assessment done & take treatment.
