I feel always tired and when I touch my body from hand or Leg I feel hot. Tempering is normal. What I do plz suggest.

For how many days?Please take temperature by thermometer and BP and then intimate. Needs more evaluation Till then only Tab.Rabiprazole 20mg BD Tab.Pyregesic 650 mg sos.Tab.Zincovit BD.Please drink plenty of water water .
