Iam taking veniz for anxiety disorder but iam always think about my looks to be perfect , watching mirror over and over again , My hand is thinner so every time I watch my hand I got bad feelings and I am not worthy to do any thing  with this hand and I am always  self conscious about my looks??

Consult a Psychiatrist, you might be different from body dysmorphic disorder. Take medication as prescribed by your Paychiatrist. Counselling and medication will help.
