Donot consume / take anything on your own as it's certainly harmful and there's no doubt about it... So it's always.recommended to take doctors advise before taking any such kind of protein powders or products or supplements or meds etc .. Within a short span / period nobody can become either skinny or bulky... That's all a myth...kindly not to believe in such marketing gimmicks...or advertisements that give false promises... Every natural process also does take good amount of time ... Nothing can be achieved overnight...this is life... You can achieve anything with patience, strong determination, will power, consistency and the right way of doing it..if all these are followed you can get your desired body..but it takes lot of time...but it's certain with all the above mentioned.. So keep doing as the consistency is the key !!! Before taking anything of that sort do take proper advise from a doctor and follow next steps accordingly...under his guidance is always considered safe. Thankyou
Health Tips
Instead of artificial and synthetic protein powders take wholesome high biological value plant protein foods through natural diet... Include milk and milk products, lentils, legumes, nuts, seeds, roots and tuber vegetables and can also include animal based protein foods such as poultry, chicken, fish, leans meats if non veg... Note:. Almond banana milk shakes, sweet potato kheer, home made thick curds , cream milk etc are helpful over a period of consumption

Adding protein powder simply may not help you in body bulking... you may have underlying condition... which should be seen examined and then carefully given diet can help you in body weight gain. Excess protein will not help because what amount your body has to be utilised will be utilised and rest of it will be flushed out through urine.. and it may affect your kidneys in the long run..
Next Steps
you should get examined properly (bmi, bmr, body fat %, etc.) these can help you gain weight fastly by proper diet.
