Hi , My name is rama ,i have already told you my problem,but now problem is increasing, i have consulted a doctor and after consultation he gave me medicines ,which caused relief in my headache and i also stopped feeling nausea ,but now i am having a bad back pain, some of you have asked about my blood pressure ,so today at 10:30 when the doctor checked ot was 150/100 but at home when we check sometimes it goes above160/110 i will also attach my prescription( parcha) with this just in case you want it, also if you know some tips to control blood pressure at home ,kindly tell me
