Blue patches on legs

Hi, my 1.5 years old son has Blue patches on his both legs. These patches come and go frequently. Have done some tests and doc says it's because of vitamin K and he gave hima shot last month(july20) but patches are still coming. Attaching blood report and patches pics.please help
