Dear , alcohol is poisonous so stop use of alcohol, Alcohol causes severe gastritis ,gastric ulcers , oesophagus , duodenal ulcers so , in any situation bleeding can cause .  Avoid complications consult doctor

Yes...Forceful vomiting or ulceration or varices in G I tract can lead to blood in vomiting ....der r other causes as well
