Is blood transfusion needed at hemoglobin level 6.4 ..because of anticoagulant internal bleeding. But last 3 CBC 6.2 -> 6.3 ->6.4 Should we wait for recovery or blood transfusion is needed

Blood transfusion is needed. Stop the anti coagulant patient is taking. Need to look for site of bleeding.

History is insufficient but at hb 6.4 if patient not bleeding then no transfusion needed. But if internal bleeding is there its advisable for ffp, sdp transfusion can there
