Blood tests during first trimester

I am supposed to get these blood tests done in my 11th week of pregnancy. Since my doctor is unavailable and I was trying to book these tests through Dr. Lal path app but there are multiple options for each of these tests and some are not available as per the name written in the prescription. Im confused as to which one should I book? Please simplify and suggest.
