Blood test reports

Hello..Why is my WBC lower than normal in both the reports?Also there are several anomalies in the report(specially neutrophils,basophils,etc) Is it due to some kind of infection?Kindly tell me what to do🙏

You are anaemic too. Your WBC count is not too low.  In fact it rises when you have an infection. It is a non specific test. Please look after your anaemia.  When you take all medicines to raise your Haemoglobin then, may be, the production of WBCs also increases. You should seek a formal consultation with a General Physician for further management.
