1. My recent blood test reports show these cholesterol values - 217.4 total, 201 triglycerides, 47 hdl, ldl 130.2, vldl 40.2. Can these be brought within range with diet and exercise? 2. My blood count gave these values - 79.85 mcv, 26.86 mch, 33.63 mchc, haemoglobin 14.53. What steps should I take?
