I am suffering from burning tongue that keeps on shifting from one side to another. My haemoglobin is 11.9 ,MCV - 78,microcytic, hypochromic, anistocytosis.My vitamin B12 is 366,vitamin d is 21.I am suffering from burning tongue sensation since one month.Please advice
