Hi I'm 28 weeks pregnant. Detected with gestational diabetes. So following a diet and checking sugar level at home. Sometimes it's a bit high and sometimes it's under control. Is it fine if it happens once in a while?

No it's not fine fasting sugars  more than hundred And two hours post lunch more than 140 need medication
