High hsCRP means there's inflammation somewhere in the body — it's non-specific, so we need to find the cause (could be infections, joint issues, or lifestyle). Low HDL (good cholesterol) increases heart risk. Fix both with regular exercise (best way to raise HDL), quit smoking if applicable, and reduce sugar and refined carbs. Also get Vitamin D checked and supplement if low.

More than HSCRP and HDL levels, your vitamin D levels are very low. The hs-CRP blood test used primarily to assess your risk of developing cardiovascular diseases (like heart attacks and strokes). But remember , hs-CRP test is a non-specific marker, meaning it pinpoints inflammation but does not show its exact location or cause. HDL is good cholesterol, which is actually low for you. As you are still young you can improve it by lifestyle modification.
