Yesterday I got my blood test report, fasting sugar is 112, and SGPT/SGOT levels are high. This is for the first time my sugar levels are above 100. My mother and father both are diabetic. Am I also diabetic. Should I take medicine for liver or any remedy suggestions please.

Your fasting blood sugar is in Prediabetic range. Since you are more than ideal body weight with BMI 30.3, most likely cause for raised liver enzymes is due to fatty liver disease (if you are not having unhealthy alcohol intake).
Next Steps
Follow a 1400kcal diet with exercise for 30minutes atleast. After 2 weeks., repeat a fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar with Hba1c. Also get Ultrasound abdomen. You need to review with appointment
