My blood pressure from last few weeks is around 145/95... Onetime higher than this.. I have headache and weakness and bodyache my age is 38 and weight is 64..height is 5.6 Doctor prescribed me met xl 12.5 Is bp medicine is for life time? Kindly suggest. Is this bp reading dangerous?
