Blood loss

I had a cut on my figure with a knife accident. I didn't have dinner last night, I had the cut in the morning. Just after losing a few ounces of blood, I started feeling dizzy and had to lay down on the bed for a few minutes, my body was sweating for a few minutes. I became fine a few more minutes later. Now I am thinking if I am becoming very weak.

The dizziness that happened after the knife cut due to a kind of sympathetic shock, which is usual for certain people. To my perception, the small blood loss doesn’t change that haemoglobin unless until the blood loss is massive. Consult first further to course of action

Losing a few ounces of blood will not make you weak. In fact it strengthens you on the long run. This is the principle behind Blood Donation drives. You probably felt dizzy because you are scared of blood. You felt alright later because it didn't do any harm. Now you're tensed again, so you are getting scared and dizzy again.
Next Steps
Injection for Tetanus is advised. you can get that in any nearby casualty/PHC. in case of a wound infection, we'll have to start antibiotics.
Health Tips
keep the wound site and dressing clean.
