Blood in stools

Does excess body heat cause bleeding during bowel movement? In the last couple of months, i occasionally noticed a few drops of blood after a bowel movement. My stools are soft, and i don't strain. I have very, very mild pain (2/10 pain scale) when i see this blood. I noticed that when my body is heated up, i get dry flaky scalp, dry skin, mild mouth ulcers, and eye straining. I have been taking homeopathy medicine from last 2 months, which also heats up the body. So, does excess body heat cause blood in stools?

Rectal bleeding especially if painless, could be due to internal hemorrhoids, ideally you should consult with a general surgeon in your area for a clinical examination to determine the exact cause of the bleeding.Drink plenty of water, avoid spicy food, avoid constipation.
