Blood in stool

Observed fresh blood in toilet basin water after had a regular motion in morning. Three months before colonoscopy report normal. Today again doctor physically with finger inserting in anus and also with proctoscope checked and confirmed no piles . Reason for this not known now. No hard stool and constipation also today. Its worrying me please suggest and guide.

Blood in stool is worrisome. Needs repeat colonoscopy and endoscopy. If still bleed persist the. Capsule endoscopy may help in diagnosis.
