I am getting blood after passing the stool. With irritation . It happened 20 days back and it was ok . It happened today again. I had this issue 3 years back and underwent medication . Please suggest .

Piles, fissure?? Tab trenexa 500 three times a day after food for three to five days. Oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two weeks. ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three to five. CEFEXIM 200 two times a day after food for seven days.
