Blood in stool
He was having constipation from past 1 week and can observe little blood along with solid stool.
Other symptoms - stomach pain sometimes and password bowel alternate days.

Tablet Zerodol sp 2 time per day for 3 day after food for pain and swelling
and
Tablet Trenexa 500 mg for bleeding
And
Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food and
tablet Ciplox 500 2 time per day for 3 day after food and
Ointment -Anometrgyl 2 time per day for 1 week on the anal area and
avoid those food who cause constipation in your body .
