My father has fall down from bike and the below patch found in thigh. This is a blood clot or any skin rash. Photo also attached.

It more looks like fungal infection along with bruise. Bruise will subside on its own within a week or two.  You can apply thrombophlebin ointment over it for bruise. Is he on antiplatelets or blood thinners?? Then it will take longer duration to heal. If it's fungal infection, itching is present then consult me for personalized treatment

Seems like a bruise, if no other symptoms present with it. Apply cold compression  2 to 3 times daily, it should fade and disappear within 7 to 10 days.

Based on your history it's a contusion caused by trauma.may have pain. . Please explain if any itching/ accidentally noticed the same only after trauma..
