Vertigo from 5 months, early servical spondolytis. first few months I felt the room or I moving at a very fast speed. Met  ENT dr. Now the sensation is not there. Bt when stand on feet or walk on stairs or look down from terrace feel like I have a long journey by train and moving and blood circulation in head is fast.

get Ortho consultation also and get cervical muscle checked for tightness. you may require physiotherapy.
