Bloating and gastric prob

I have a stomach bloating problem and i cannot figure out what the reason it. Is it tea, wheat rotis etc. I have an okay stomach in the morning and as they day goes ahead my stomach gets bloated and just pops out. I really want to get rid of it. I have gave up sugar, tea , wheat rotis. I have idli for breakfast, jowar bhakri and vegetable for lunch and dinner, green tea and some munching. Completely avoid junk food and cold drinks.

Slow digestion some times cause bloating. Please follow some tips 1. chew the food properly during meals 2.drink buttermilk after breakfast and lunch 3 sit in Vajrasana for 2 to5 min after each meal 4. chew funnel seeds or ginger after meals 5. exercise regularly 6.Eat when you feel hungry and dont eat between meals 7. take soups to aid in digestion
