Bloating and chest pain

Today I am feeling bloated with sharp chest pain on my left side, pain is not continuous it just comes for a second then goes, I ate spicy food today, bp is 120/85 pulse is 68, spo2 99%,  last year I had conducted ECG, TMT and even 2D echo it was all normal, I'm pretty much active daily I do 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of brisk walk and stretching, should I go for ECG?

It's always safe to consult cardiologist but your age doesn't make it sound like cardiac issue. So we left with two things either acidity or muscular pain. Kindly consult physician for detailed work up

Just get your ecg once again done. Take rabez dsr twice daily 1/2 hr before food for 5 days Tab Unizyme after food twice a day for 5 days. Eat light food no spicy
