The inflammation of the gums are because of calculus deposited on your teeth near gum contacting region. Calculus is the calcified mass formed by the food debris which is not properly cleaned from your teeth. And in your case you are taking aspirine. Aspirine prevents blood clotting. So when your gums start bleeding due to inflammation the bleeding is not stopping compared with others who are not taking aspirine. So this bleeding is increased due to aspirine. So first you have to do is, consult a dentist . And they will tell you about cleaning. But before cleaning, you have to ask your cardiologist about cleaning.
