Bleeding piles or hemorrhoids can't be treated with anti biotic and anti-inflammatory medications. They are dilated blood vessels in the small tract. They need to be examined and treated accordingly. You need to visit a surgeon and get physically examined for proper medications.  It might need surgery so decide accordingly.
