THE MOST common cause of blood in stools is PILE. U SHOULD CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON FOR piles. IF Piles is ruled out then only other causes may be considered. Painless blood in stools is usually piles.

[ ] Hi if this bleed is not associated with pain than is generally due to piles and quantity of blood should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than this is due to fissure. At times there may be sigmoid colitis which leads to cramping lower abdominal pain and may cause passage of blood in stool. Other rare causes are presence oflpolyp growth Or a malignant growth. You should avoid constipation, as this is the cause for piles/ Fissure. it's better to get evaluated. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. feel free to ask any further quary.Take care.
