Bleeding from gums could be due to infection in gums or tooth, plaque or calculus deposit, any nutritional deficiencies or anything. Need to check before diagnosing anything. Till then try to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day, use mouthwash, warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. You may need proper scaling of tooth. Consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hello... There can be a lot of reasons for the bleeding gums, it may be because of plaque and calculus a routine dental cleaning would help you in that. Other reasons could be brushing too hard, nutritional deficiencies, any medications, infections, hormonal changes etc. Only a clinical examination and history can help in proper diagnosis.

Bleeding gums are a sign of gingivitis, or inflammation of your gums. It is caused by a buildup of plaque at your gumline. If you have gingivitis, your gums may be irritated, red, and swollen. They may bleed when you brush your teeth. You can get rid of this problem by taking good care of your teeth. Brush your teeth twice a day, floss every day, rinse daily with an antibacterial mouthwash, and see your dentist regularly.
