During pregnancy, minimum amount of deposits(Calculus) can cause bleeding. If you have not gone through professional scaling after delivery, then may be gingivitis is the cause of bleeding . You should consult periodontist.

Hi, Yes, during pregnancy there would be bleeding gums even if there are slightest of the deposits in some people and this thing reduces after delivery. But if the deposits are still present in the oral cavity, then the bleeding gums continue. Visit a nearby dentist and get a round of Scaling done. Even after scaling if the bleeding gums persists, then further investigations can be done.
Next Steps
Visit a nearby dentist and get scaling done.
Health Tips
Maintain good oral hygiene.
