I have bleeding and sore gums and black tartar below the gum line from last 1 yearb my Dr has advised me for scaling should I go for it I had heard that scaling make teeth looss

Scaling and polishing is the right choice of treatment in such a case.  Teeth loosening can never happen after scaling in such young age. Still clinical co relation is required.
